Our Services begin with:

First phone call/email inquiry: there is NO FEE for this response and if you decide not to go ahead, that is fine;

if you plan to go ahead:

Site Visit / Remote Appoint - We meet you on site or via online to fully understand your goals and offer advice.
we'll proceed to next step and book a Features, Levels & Re-establishment Survey - Should you decide to proceed a survey is organised, which takes place within days.
Concept Design & Planning - Architectural design and town planning come together and working to your brief, in line with planning and council regulations, an initial sketch is produced.
Pre-Application Meetings with Council - Our Town Planner meets with the relevant council planning officers to make sure everyone is heading in the right direction.
Reports & Plans - Your project coordinator will organise any other reports and plans required by council. (e.g. arborist, landscape, STORM and engineers reports and plans.)
Final Documentation & Permit - The plans are finalised and all supporting documentation including the Town Planning Report are prepared and submitted to the relevant council.
